got banned today for no reason

i just got banned today.i dont know what may be the reason.as am using same account for Adsense and Gmail,both are being disabled today.what to do.please give me some suggesations

 

They usually give you the reason via email.
I don't think there's a relation between been banned from adsense and gmail. Are you sure you can't login to your gmail account?

Maybe you just forgot your password? don't laugh, that happened to me just this morning.

 

yes, no relation between adsense account and gmail account, just check your adsense area on your site....

 

Yea, when you forgot your Adsense password, it will say "No account is connected with this" etc. etc.... Dont panic... Remember your right password and enter it....

That's bad news. Weird that gmail and adsense are disabled.

 

My Adsense account was banned, but Gmail was still active. Your situation is weird indeed!

 

Yeah, I doubt google will ban both your accounts at the same time. Only my adsense was banned and my gmail continues to be active.

Gmail takes a lot of abuse before a ban. A LOT.
I know someone who's been banned, and it told him so when he tried to login. Nothing to worry about unless you see that message.
