Yeah, we all get 'em - so why not share with us what this years piece of crap present was! My father-in-law bought me a coffee perculator set. Sounds nice? Wouldn't know actually - I NEVER drink coffee... and have told him this on, like, a million occassions... The thought that counts? This thought sucked!! haha So - what is your suckiest gift for this year?
Well, I hope you got something! Just noticed this guy is giving away some MRR products - maybe you can just sell 'em and buy your own damn present! http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=5776605#post5776605
I am thankful for every gift I receive so I don't think of gifts as worthless no matter how bad it is.
Yeah i din't get much either, i got a gift card to foot locker thats about it. and i suspect clothes from my sister. Bought myself a PSP for Christmas. Yeah its true when you get older you start to get nothing! i wish i never grew old! The best present i got was a golfcart when i was like 10 years old! i drove that thing for two hours straight in the snow doing donuts at night lol! But i am kinda disappointed, I spent over 130$ on a metal detector for my father which comes in 2 days (late gift ) then to find out my dad din't get me anything. awww! Ah well i can't be mad they don't exactly have a lot of money to spend. I actually spent the most money on gifts this year. Well lets hope it comes back around in good fortune in the future!
I got all good things from friends and co-workers...nothing left to open this morning though. It's true, you don't get stuff when you get older...I miss being a kid and getting a whole bunch of stuff. I didn't know how good I had it or the struggle that my parents went through to get me stuff.
Its not what you get its the thought that counts, just think what the person would think if you said this presant sucks , that person would feel let down and disapointed that you did not like the gift You want to be happy that you got somthink and you have freinds and family that think about you and care about you to get you a presant , there is loads of people in the world that has not even got a home or had a Christmas dinner or even a card, take all the starving people in africa for one, be thankfull for what you get its the thought that counts not what you get form chritmas.
I usually buy my own Christmas gifts. That way, I want be offended if I don't get what I want or the present it crappy. Its the thought that counts. My family only buys for the kids only. Its better that way.
Hey lol, thats my thread - meh, I got some good gifts and am happy with all of them, none that i didn't like
