Wordpress and adsense?

    My question is adsence even allowed in wordpress? If so how do i add adsense into my blog, i am new to blogging.

    There is an AdSense plugin for WordPress, but I am not sure I like it, and not sure if it is totally legit. Basically you can manage all of your ads from this admin section, but when you place an ad on the blog you are missing the "ads by google" part, and the ads don't show up in there entirety. For example you may have an ad similar to the size of the ad on DP, but will only see about 2/3 of the ad. Seems to me that Google would give a big "Oh he11 no!" for that one.

    free wordpress (yoursite.wordpress.com) cannot use adsense.

    To add adsense on your sidebar..Add text widget, paste your adsense code & save.. For advance placement edit your themes..Hope this help..:)

    Yes, Google don't really care what software you're using to power your site. There are two ways to add AdSense:

    1. Use a plugin (people have already suggested a few).
    2. Edit the templates and insert the AdSense code manually (this is what I do on all of my sites).
