Where is the best place for asking dumb questions?...Internet/computer related

I have questions as it seems the lingo of this field is a little beyond me and I would like a better understanding of such. I've looked in Dictionaries and Wikipedia and they help, but good 'ol fashion layman terms will do me fine!

    Thanks.

Thanks guys. That's a start. It just seems that there are little pieces of puzzles but those pieces can be used for other puzzles. So, which pieces do you use? But for me, I don't understand what the name of those pieces are...
For example...Proxy sites...and I think I have that defined. Can be used for traffic, but based on Algorithm (sp)it can weaken down your page rank?
Those websites/solutions will be a good start.
    Cheers

Grownupforgeeks is good. I 'm sure Yahoo answers are good too. I can really appreciate Digital Forums for it's layout, wealth of info and friendly environment.
