I have been banned form adsense

... but their policy says that a person can only have one active account, and when you create your account, you must confirm that you have no other active accounts, so this means that I can ask for another account as i have already had one but do not have an active one... ???

 

I don't think it works like that. Once your account is closed/banned, you cannot get back in.

 

Depending on the reason, it would be wise to think about getting reinstated rather than break TOS again and sign up another account.

Seems like that's the FIRST thought people have after getting banned...!

 

I'm not trying to break rules, however if you were not able to get another account then it would be said as so, but what is written is : "I confirm not having an active adsense account" not "I have never had an adsense account" Google are pros and they would not have made a mistake of this kind.

Adsense sucks, and just want o give you crap for your traffic

Here is what you do

1) Create a real site, something that when people land on it they go "wow"

2) Promote that site, If it meets the step one, "wow" effect , it will catch on fast

3) Once you have around 10k visits a day , sell private advertising $$$$

Sure - screwing up the look of your site with adsense for $200 a month for the first 6 months and then giving up......is not the plan.....

You are quoting only the part of adsense. If you read the TOS and other information, once you are banned, you are banned for good. You can try getting around that by your argument but they will catch you and you will get nothing for your effort. Time to move on and follow the rules of the next service you sign up for.

Kontera just selects keywords in your text, Adbrite does the same, right? Adbrite is like Adsense - so if you're banned from adsense, then use Adbrite and kontera.

 

That's a good idea. I've heard a lot of stories about adsense bans.

 

If you want to creat others account, you need these :

- New name
- New Address
- New site
- New phone number

But it's not sure

 

you forgot;
- New bank
- New social security number
- New gender

 

- New bank (Western Union payment option is available; so not required?)
- New social security number (For international publishers, not required?)
- New gender (Does it matter?)

You dont need a new site, the same one can sign up for it unless it was banned for content. ( I bought a site from someone long ago and they were banned for fraud clicks and I emailed google, after about a month they emailed me back and said it was ok just as long as my site didnt warrent the ban.)

Just start a business get a tax ID # and a po box. Good to go. Easy as 1 2 3
Theres a post here from Shoemoney about that and getting banned. If your site is making XXXX get it its own Business name and such so if one gets banned for some reason you dont loose all your money..... (ever hear the saying dont keep all your eggs in one basket?)
