Why would people click the ads just because it says so anyway? They have nothing to gain and if there is no good content they are not coming back next time.

Anyone notice that the site is now just one blank page?

In any case reporting ToS violations is a good and necessary thing. By reporting sites that are in blatant disregard of the ToS we at least try to keep the quality of the network good, and ensure in a very small way that the advertisers get a return on their investment.

Those people thinking that it's about spite is just wrong. If you can't see that by allowing sites like this to exploit the Adsense network, that in the end you as an Adsense publisher are also going to suffer, then I don't have much hope for you.

Google does take notice of these reports, although it might take quite a while. There has been many instances of sites like these being identified and subsequently banned after a few weeks. All it takes is a matter of time. No site is above the ToS and Google will enforce it.

The website uses illegal version of vbulletin i believe and also produces credit card numbers and so forth in the general section so im sure the host pulled the plug.

This guy is brilliant. Not only has he created another AdSense account, or is using someone else's, he is displaying AdSense ads on a login page. Tsk* tsk*
