Miseryland is considered unsold until I get confirmation from the buyer he has sent the money....

As for the $44 offer that was time dependent yesterday as I needed the paypal funds to pay another bill. If you are interested in the domain, please make me a reasonable offer and I will come back to you.

Thanks Electric Shadow for pointing this out. When I logged in just now, I found this thread. I do not think that I would complete the previous deal as I do not even have the chance to pay after I finished work today. It has been conducted in a very unprofessional manner.

This is really not healthy for DP for allowing these types of actions to be taken IMHO.

buyer hasnt contacted me directly? nor did he 100% confirm the transaction?

I have waited days before for people to then decide they didnt want something and right now I dont have the luxury of time.

You should really give buyers the benifit of the doubt, i usually allow time for people working, and for timezones also, I usually send them a PM too to let them know they got the domain, otherwise they might loose the thread and forgett about it.

yep I agree, and normally would do - I just needed to get the domain sold ASAP.

As it stands Im turning down a slightly higher bid now to allow the original bidder time to buy it if he/she wants.

I did not even have the chance to see the PayPal address to send the payment to. Clearly this is profit intentional but not offence. There were many who had asked you the question of why are you relisting this domain and you have stated that I have not answered your PM where as I was not even in front of my PC yet to do so.

Thus, I would always stick to my words previously as I have posted. I will give this a pass even though its a $44 PR 5 domain. Good luck in your sale!
