What is bum marketing?

I see this terminology come up a lot and have no idea what it is.

There are more and more courses and e-books being written all the time on bum marketing,but the standard principles are the same all over.

 

It's just some schmuck looking to make money by slapping a cool-sounding, hip name to an already existing method of submitting articles with or without an aff. link in it.

 

Bums are tricky to market. They often smell like urine which makes them tough to deal with.
It's hard to get any sort of ROI because they tend to be un-employable.

The Bumfights video series is an example of sucessfull bum marketing.

rofl, for the first 5 words i though you were serious.

 

Drink whiskey for 2 weeks, sell everything, start living on the street and marketing your very own (bum) product. It can be a figure made from cardboard and such nice things

 

I have to admit, the first time I heard of bum marketing was just somebody making a post. I finally made $1000 or something like that doing BUM marketing...
a little research and realize that it's nothing more than just affiliate linking your articles that you submit to article directories
