Commission junction Interface works badly

Discussion in 'Commission Junction' started by primevector, Jan 4, 2006.

Am i the only one experiencing problems with the Commission Junction interface? With IE and Firefox i have all sorts of problems running that site. The most annoying example is that i need to log in all the time eventhough its added to the safe lists.

Works fine for me on Deepnet Explorer, Internet Explorer and the latest Firefox incarnation. I'm only asked to sign-in once.

One thing I don't like is having to remember where they hide the join program link - their UK office is just down the road from me - I may go beat them up about this :D [disclaimer: I'm only joking CJ,please do not terminate my account!]

I have no technical probelms with the cj site using Firefox. I do have to log in every time, but I assume that is by design. No?

I use the foxfire save password feature and it work fine. It seems a bit slower than similar sites that I access with my sloooow dialup connections.

hehe when i use CJ then i have to use firefox too, eventhough that also keeps logging me out. In IE i even have to type my password over and over in firefox it ogs me off but remembers the pass. Im staying more and more from CJ as its interface is just to stressful to me ;)

If they designed a login system like this they would be mad hehe so i dont think its by design ;)

Your problem may be noise or static on your internet connection.

I dont really see how my connection could have anything to do with it? I never have problems like that on other sites, only at CJ. Even while i did all the normal things you should do... like add it to the safe list etc..

Now that I have used CJ for a little while I noticed that it does ask for the password again in mid-session, but this seems to be random and very infrequent, as opposed to eBay which is will shortly be asking for it at every keystroke

Ask me to enter username and password every time I request a page.
Moved 3 or 4 times to a new location but hasn't changed anything.
    Either IE or Firefox.
