Sounds like a standard digital point tactic to me. Get a lot of praise for a 3-6 months then up and run. Usually they just go down completely (emopunk, shoutserv ect) so giving the clients away is a new one to me. We'll see if this works out any better than just leaving people high a dry. iwhic is in for a lot of fun if all these people are locked up for long term deals and are not going to be bringing in any more income.

I just re-read everything again.. and this is EXACTLY the same as "unlimitedhoster" that used to be owned by Chris Blood.. He locked in a ton of people for 1 year unlimited... Only to sell the company then all the clients got deleted..

Yeah, And most of them are allowed to run proxies, and other high resource scripts so they can't put them on any current servers because it'll just end up crashing everything, and considering most of HP's offers were $50 per year they are going to be in for a rough ride.

For starters I NEVER WORKED on host parlor staff, I met Eddie on this forum. Friends ... as much as any one else that IM and PM one another. I don't even know where that LIE came from that I worked on his staff..
We decided to take this offer to SAVE all the clients. I had a feeling if Eddie could not sell soon ALL clients would have been S.O.L
So start thinking a little bit more about why we did this instead of starting rumors and spreading them when you have no clue what really happened.
Fact is Eddie wanted out for what ever reason.
All his clients needed hosting and instead of DUMPING every one he offered them to me.
    So Why IwhiC.Com
    1) We are a debt free company and have the means to support ALL clients.
    2) We can afford to and wanted to to save those that had no clue.. This whole HOST PARLOR closing could have been HELL for hundreds of clients.
Down time has accured on HostParlor servers.
We will email all clients very soon withe the new Ip addresses and name servers to switch dns.
Those that dont want to have us host there account, that is fine. Open a ticket and tell us and we will leave your account alone. In 3 days both servers will be shut down.
And those that want to stay with IwhiC as I promised I will honor his prices and packages sold.
Case closed. Don't start lies about this as it will only hurt the liar in the end.
Fact is IwhiC is honest, we are a hard working company, we treat ALL clients with respect and have a great success rate with clients. We welcome all host parlor clients to come with the rest of those that have thanked us for saving there accounts and data and business.
Support IS FREE at IwhiC use it as often as needed. Contact me live on yahoo.
This thread will go on for 4 weeks or longer and Im sure the clients that come with us will post there reviews. So keep your eyes open to see the truth from this day forward.
    Thank You
    Jason

People did post positive comments about Hostparlor to! Until Eddie fucked them all up by leaving them!

Don't you find it strange that Hostparlor and iWhic used the exact same design with only a collor different? I talked with the staff of HostParlor long time ago, asking if your company was allowed to use the design. Or if HP was allowed to use your design..

What reply did i get? "The owner is in our staff"

Also, you stil havnt explain to all your customers why on earth you were so stupid to take on all these clients? Things like " I felt sorry for them, so i took over 200clients for 40$ for 2 years and they get unlimited resources" don't make sence at all, and that is just pure bullshit!

What reasonable business man / women would take a bunch of clients who paid 40$ for 2 years with unlimited resources? In no damn way that can make an income! With todays technoligy and prices it's just PURE imposibble.

Just to add to that, Look at NetXServers.com design. Relatively the same as their designs. They all came from the same designer who creates designs which looks pretty much the same with a few details and color changed.

I agree. Your reasons for taking them are pure rubbish. You felt sorry for them so you decided to comprimise your company by offering unlimited to about 100 people for free for 2 years?

And the lies keep coming,,, I sold that template to Eddie,,, Want me to post the IM where he begged me to sell it to him. I have full rights to that template and no else can say different or they will be lier's as well. A long time ago heh? Your lie just got better. 3 WEEKS is all he and grabyourhosting have had that template.
Also Well nothing. So you were lied to.. then you spread the lies..... then that makes you one of the lier's ? Correct is that the TRUTH....
    Funny what jealousy can do.

Nice talking to ya... Problem is I'm not some one that lies. I wont and don't need to..
So good luck. Your stuck. Give it a rest.
I made a business decision and those that come to IwhiC will enjoy the hosting. Those that don't we wish them well.

3 weeks is a long time ago newbie?

And your still avoiding my question! Why did you take on these clients? We are not spreading lies, you are the one spreading a lie when your telling that you accepted 100 clients for free with unlimited resources in 2 years was only for charity!

That is a pure lie, and it looks like your not willing to explain at all why you took on the clients!

    65 Yearly clients
    35 Bi yearly clients
    41 Monthly Clients
And I have confirmed 35 of the the Monthly clients are coming to IwhiC.

I was not avoiding any one. OR any question.
3 Months is a long time. Not 3 weeks!
    You do the Math!

Freddy, not all of the HostParlor clients were $40/2 years Unlimited WHM Master Resellers.

Eddie built up a strong monthly clientbase as well and I would estimate he gathered about $5K per year in potential gross income this fiscal year.

It is not our business to be in Jason's business. He made a LONG TERM INVESTMENT... let him do what he wants to do.

Your right! This designer is very popular and does a lot of work, His main sales come from Webhostingtalk. I know he does use the framework on a lot of his templates. But all designs made are unique.
And I bet if you searched more there our others that he has sold, sold 1 time and buyer has full rights.
