What does Net15 mean?

May I ask what does net15 means in the payment term?

The "Net __" has nothing to do with how often you get paid. It just determines when you get paid. How often you get paid is frequency, which is also in your account.

Net 15 means you get paid 15 days after the end of the period. The period for you is 1 month (monthly payments), so you get paid 15 days after the end of each month. So, you get paid on December 15th for November's earnings. You'll get paid on January 15th for December's earnings.
