hi I got my adsense account disabled, because a friend clicked on my ads lots of times , I explained to them what happened and that I haven't told him to do so. they asked my to send the an appeal, I sent the appeal 7 days ago and untill now I am waiting for a reply, Is there a chance the they give me my account back?
They gave me back my account... You need to send an email to another email that is checking your account stats. I can send you the full details in PM (what google sent me).
I am really sorry to know abt it... I have never heard a case where google has re-opened a disabled account. the appeal email address dosent actually work... The best way to go forward is to create a new account... Never or ever click on ur own ads... Why spoil someones business .. the new account sud hav a different Name and address... a diff ip ofcourse... cheers... Anu
What is to say? Google told me to send an email with a lof of details about me & website to another email that they have for adsense.
Yeah I too dont belive that Google adsense ever gave anyone his account back. Once banned you'll never get any account. there are a lot of people on my forums also who got their account banned. Ans unfortunately no one got his/her account back. Only sites with big traffic and large account of Money (traffic in millions and cash in $100 a week) get some consideration at adsense. here's a link of discussion on my forum One and a better a way for you is to join a number of other programs Two also try to get www.cj.com for your site.
I wonder if Google are going to be a little less harsh and let some people back in when YPN, etc starts up? A client of mine got banned recently, it was his wife that did the clicking (nothing excessive, but still, they must have noticed) and they won't let him back in at all. Saying that, his site (although totally legit and stuff) isn't a major traffic site anyway..
I wouldn't call such a person my friend ;-) So there is some hope for you, as long as you have a really good explanation why hadn't you informed them about the issue before they found it themselves. However, no offence but your story is not really convincing.
that's not fair, most of my friends don't even work in IT nevermind the internet. i just think Google needs more of a "Mr. So-and-so, we've noticed this problem coming from your web sites, in particular this IP ... do you know anything about this? If you don't get to the bottom of it we'll cancel your account." instead of their typical "gods of the internet" attitude.
As an adsense publisher, I would be really glad if they operated in such way, however I can see their point of view here. Such warnings would actually encourage some creative guys to experiment with some innovative ways of generating adsense revenue, as they would think "hey, lets try it, if they catch me I'll get a warning anyway". Now, being aware that Google is banning without any warning, most webmasters tend to be really careful what they do (at least I'm doing so - adsense is a very important source of income for me, I can't take no risks here).
I too agree that we should be very careful with Google as they don't give any warning before BANNING..
That's your thinking guys but according to me google has a large number of Adsense publishers (even more than they can handle) so it takes in a lot effort to handle each and everyone. It google starts that will take years for them to solve the problems. ANd any average stats show that nearly 100 or more publishers get banned in a single area every week. To my believe google will have a hard time once YPN is launched. my forums discuss a long list of discussions related to google adsense and yahoo publisher network.
Well, I've been banned from adsense. From the reading, I see there is no hope of returning. How soon will YPN be up and running? and my usual question...can ads from others than adsense run on Blogger?
Definitely, you're banned for life. You're just wasting your time and effort when building up another account. Better try something new program or advertising. Good Luck.
Everytime i read this threads title, I keep imagining a bunch of Google employees coming to your house to "collect on a debt from Vinnie" and breaking your legs.
