    I'm looking to hear offers on my site...

    If you would like the URL PM ME (IF you know URL please stay quite ;) )

    Basically the site is automated ranks extremely well for its keyphrases is based on subscriptions and is as stable as it comes the current monthly profit is $1,500/month and on average I experience a monthly increase of 30% in profits each month all from SERPS (site 3 months old and and extremely strong PR5 with everypage being a PR5 and should be PR6 this update)

    Reason for Selling would be: I might need to pay for College :rolleyes:

    Avg Daily Work Time (Skills): 30 minutes (read and write and answer e-mails )

    Not an auction looking for an offer that would convince me to sell...
