    *Removed missing short tags
    *Removed ':' from the reciprocal url label in submit.php
    *Added a string in the sponsor option which tells the submitter how long a link will be displayed, if the featured_links_time extension is enabled
    *Added a new theme:White Space
    *Fixed a switch-from-paid-to-regular-editing bug.
    *Standard file permissions is now 755 instead of 777.

    It has a couple of designs(themes) that comes with the default package, which you can choose from. Some may look minimal and some not.
