Thanks for the question. There isn't a script backend for the
site, the site itself is made up of HTML/CSS/PHP and the one
file to edit for swapping out ad codes is simply put in place to
make it easier for swapping out the codes.

Does this mean any winning bid below bin will not win?

 

Hey smileysteve -

This simply means that if the person who has the highest bid at the
end of the auction does not pay within 24 hours, I reserve the right to
keep the site or re-list it for sale again.

This is only in the event that the winner does not pay.

So, any bid will win whether it's via BIN or is lower than BIN.
