    well of course i didnt place a bid. i asked to see the content live, you said ok... so i was waiting paitently. id definatly didnt seem like you were gonna get all trigger happy and close the auction without atleast following through with what you promised.

    thats where the feeling of being cheated comes in... next time dont make claims your not going to follow through with, it makes you look bad, or in this case, just greedy for money.

    ajnin, I am not associated with Roxy. I bought his valentine website, and after I win, I asked him to show me the complete website before I pay and he did and only then did I send payment. So, to some extent I do not find this wrong except the fact that he should have shown a demo if he committed. But at the same time, you could have atleast placed a placeholder/conditional bid stating that the bid is only valid upon seeing the completed website and if it looks satisfactory.

    Roxy, I had a smooth deal with you and I am satisfied. I also left you a positive comment. But in this case, I would like to add that since you did said ok to ajnin request of seeing the content live, you should have shown it as well, and not just go ahead and accept the bid of $80 which makes you feel satisfied. That does not give others enough room to bid/buy if they like it. Maybe I could have paid $100 for it, but since I never knew what your bin was and when it was met, when you have a public auction, give others enough room.

    This is in the best interest for you and the potential buyer who probably liked the website. The way you handled it, both loose. You get less money and the buyer who could have paid more, did not get what he liked.
