Hey people i have a bit of a situation. I have got a umetered resellers hosting account and alot of time on my hands, however i cannot think of any ideas for a website. I have little knowledge in html and php, however i have a bit of experience in seo and other marketing. Ive had alot of sites from directories to forums to games sites but im looking for something different that will be challenging but rewarding. I look forward to hearing some ideas. Thanks. Kieran
Unmetered 99.9% of the time means low quality so either sell off low quality dirt cheap webhosting to people as option 1 or if you are considering generating your own websites then ditch the current hosting and get a professional host for your own site.
Because of the fact that you have a lot of hosting shouldn't really have any affect on what you should do as a webmaster. At most for intermediate profitting($100 to $1000) webmasters hosting only costs max $20 per month. If HTML, making a site, deciding what type of site to go with, how to go about doing a startup, is a problem, than I recommend working for someone so that you won't have that issue. Not everyone can do it alone. Most people can't, Being part of a team or being in a partnership sounds like your best bet.

Well, the truth is there are ways around the matter of trust. Firstly, if you are investing time and skills, and not money, then you have nothing to worry about becuase if they refuse to pay you the deal they should've then you walk. If you and your partner are are getting a profit increase every month then your partner should be shot and arresting for being stupid if he actually ditched you. Heck, he/she just blew something great. If you guys/girls arn't making a good profit and the partner bails instead of paying you your share then it's all for the best. If you are involving your money then you need to get a secure contract in order. I know you are thing "oh, a sheet of paper won't do anything", but it will. In this sheet of paper you add as much information that is possible so that there won't be any surprised with you and your partner. Here's a possible solution for security. I haven't really thought it through yet, because I've never really had to get into one that was from someone that I couldn't go to their house and burn it down, but you'll get the point. Divide the adminship so that if one of you takes off it'll screw the site. Basically if one of you turns sour then it'll mean you both will pay the price of a wrecked site. How to do this? Scatter the rights. -One person has the domain only, and the other person has submitted the url to google, and can remove it from the search engine. -One person has hosting rights only -One person with the admin control -One person with FTP rights. -One person has got adsense, the other CJ.com(or something like that) as you can see there are surely holes here, but I think it could be done. You both will know that it's not worth taking out the other. Also, in this contract add a little agreement that one Partner can do "offers to buy out the other" if unhappy with working with him/her. Set a Written price that's high (15 times current monthly revenue). Whatcha think, not bad idea for it being 6:25am and I didn't sleep yet?
