Custom Wordpress coding

    I need a Wordpress theme custom coded. I already have the template and details of what I'm looking for. Now this job is for someone who can literally add functionalities into Wordpress, note this is not a plugin add-on that we're talking about. The PHP coder "MUST" know how to make custom login for user to a user managed panel (not the standard default panel)

    If you can do it confidently reply me your portfolio and rates or PM me with those details. Anyone that says "PM me details" or something silly like that will be ignored.

    Great, but I already have a template in mind. This job is leaning more toward "customizing the template" through Wordpress to fit my needs. More specifically, it's not just installing just a plugin but to code Wordpress itself! :)
