Looking for Java/Visual Basic Networker

    So I am looking for someone to code the networking for a program that I am writing. I would like it to be able to connect from 1 computer to another with 1 of them being the host. I know that there are alot of problems with networking in visual basic but I want it to work well with firewalls. The current networking I have doesn't work with my firewall.
