    Write original content and update your blog regularly. Then try to promote your blog either by advertising, guest blogging on popular blogs in your niche or submitting your best posts to Digg and StumbleUpon.

    Also, if you are serious about blogging, buy a domain name and good hosting. And use the best blog platform (in my opinion) - WordPress.
