PR Drop?

    Hello all,

    My site Off Tha Ave was last at a PR2. When the update came, it was a PR3 and now that I check again, it's a PR0?? What the hell is goin on here? I don't use blackseo or anything that could be considered "cheating". So what's up, any ideas?

    well, google change rule about PR with the update, i believe all the site with pay link or offer this kind of service get hurt. and this might be the reason why your site's PR drop

    hella lame.. I only have one paid link throughout the site and I get penalized? haha come on now, big deal really. Will I ever get to build my PR again?

    have your actual serps changed is the more important question? Unless your business is selling links based on pagerank your customers dont really give a toss what pagerank you have, probably dont even know what it is.

    no, don't think any of my listings have changed. If anything, I changed my website keyword to "Rap Hip Hip Forums" and we're now indexed on page 4 for keyword: "Hip Hop Forums", gunning for the #1 spot, or the first page.. either will do :)

    just don't mind your PR...focus more on SERP ranking and driving traffic those two are worth improving than PR.

    SERP's is way more important than PR, myself, i have lost a sites PR from 4 to 0 a bit like yours, however my SERP's are good at that's what matters. The site in question was also not selling any links at all, it was an ecommerce site, but i am still getting 15K - 20K UV a month and product sales are good :)
