    Here's 10 web sites I'm selling all to the highest bidder. I simply don't have the funds or time to develop and maintain them.

    Traffic is minimal - you can check on each page by clicking the Extreme tracking button at the bottom.

    The main page of every site is original content (not duplicate), and the extra articles on the pages were written by an author but they were also submitted to Ezinearticles for back links with corresponding anchor text linking back to the main domain.

    I just got the site first and payment sent. Transaction was smooth.
    Special thing about this guy is, he didn't ask me to send him payment first.
    He sent me the files and pushed the domain. :) Thats so nice of him as he trusted me in first dealing with me.

    Cheers Westhaven, although if I suspect anyone is pulling a fast one I will request payment first. You had a solid rating on here though Westhaven so I didn't have any problems pushing the site before payment.
