    I have a pr5 site that has been featured on Lifehacker, Time Magazine, US News, and more. Site has thousands of registered members and also seen on TV
    as seen in this short video clip. The site just launched in 2006, its still in Beta, but with some development and marketing, could be enormous. It has received all this media attention with no PR budget.

    Yeah, if you are looking for prices anywhere near this figure, you should definitely consider listing this at Sitepoint. People seem to have deeper pockets over there . . . ;)

    You should list it in the Sitepoint marketplace under "Premium Sites". It is $40 to list there, but a small price to pay if you are looking for these prices ;)

    Actually, I've sold two biz's on bizbuysell well above that price. Personally think bizbuysell is the best option for between $100k and $5MM, anything after that and you should use a broker. Use the showcase ad. As long as your price is reasonable and the offering is good, then you will get attention on there.

    While most sites are purely revenue driven as it relates to value, this is somewhat unique. Go with that if you are looking for the price, short of that you will spend the next two weeks answering questions about your biz on sites from people with less than $100 in the bank let alone what you are looking for.

While I would recommend the investment route if you are willing to commit the next few years of your life to this, be VERY careful with the investment road, it can be scary, dangerous and problematic. I can't tell you how many people I know and personal experience I've had over investors. If you need help on the side, feel free to PM me and I can give you the do's and dont's of investments.
