W9 forms

I normally use contextual cpc and a few other affiliate programs.

But today i signed up for cj and it seems cool and i understand most aspects

except..

The W9 tax for requirments for us citizens.

My printer is broken so i cant copy and send it in right now..

does it have to be sent in to get your 1st check?

Or will they let you send it in later ?

 

in not 100% but usually companies need you to send in tax forms before they will pay you

im going to try and send it but its hard with out a printer..

 

CJ will usually review your first payout, and then authorize payment. Normally they don't require the w-9 on file just yet, but it's good to get it in as soon as possible.

 

i was told that they may withhold 30% if you do not send in your tax form

 

Never seen or heard of them doing that. If you don't send your tax form in they don't withhold a percentage they withhold ALL of it until it's sent in.

 

sorry yes, that is if you do not send in a P8 form not the P9 so for international publishers!
