    HI,
    Am I allowed to put a phrase such as
    "Search for other widget suppliers"

    Above or below the Google search box?
    (But not within googles box or code)

    Is there a way to make a default search phrase in the Google search, such as.
    "Blue widgets"

    You may not change the default value in the search box. Google will warn as soon as they see the code. But as long as you dont modify the input field in any way, you can do as you want.

    I won't modify their code

    After reading the Adsense help, I am more nervous about adding any text to encourage people using the search.
    It seems some what unclear.

    Not that I don't trust you hnn, but do others thnk this is ok?
    I don't want trouble from G.
