Hi I was wondering - a competitor of mine has a hefty links page, but it loads without an address bar, as a popup. I'm probably missing something obvious, but how can I calculate the PR of such a page? Thanks for any help. TV
That should be fairly simple, like to see the page myself. I bet he is trying to hide something or not let PR out. I have had someone wanting to add my site to theirs and for me to exchange links and all the links were hidden, so that it was their site www.theirsite.com/something/something/???dsa That gave no real link value to our site because google wouldn't recognise it as a link to our site.
This the #1 site for a very competitive phrase. My client knows the site owners - they turn over £14 mill on this site, so if they're being a bit 'naughty', it could be interesting... J
can't you just right click and select properties to see hte url of the page you are viewing? then type that into your address bar. there are also tools out there to find out PR without the google toolbar, I forget their addresses right now though.
