Im new to stumble so a quick question. Those who are asking for a stumble, does that just mean I click the green thumbs up on the SU taskbar? Or is there something else to do? Cheers
Generally yes, that is all they are looking for. Sometimes maybe they will ask for a review also. To add a review, click the 'speech bubble' icon in the stumbleupon toolbar near the top of your browser. You can then add a review of the site that you are currently viewing.
I've noticed that when I thumbs up something from my site, it doesn't appear to be stumbled. I'm not sure why.
Stumble has some sort of check to ensure you can't just Stumble your own site over and over again. It's happened to me, and no matter what I try I cannot Stumble my website posts anymore. I searched around, and that is the general conclusion.
I'm glad this question was brought up. Is there any way to see if someone just gave you a thumbs up? When I pull up my pages on stumble they only show the reviews---no thumbs up. I would assume that if thumbs up counted then you would be able to see the count.......unless some people in the stumble exchanges forget their part of the bargin!
Create a bookmark button on you toolbar with this code. Put this as location Then go to your page, and click the button you created. It will open another window with this url http://www.stumbleupon.com/url/http://www.the-page-you-were-checking.com then just look at People who like this website Those are ppl that thumbs you site
