What tools to find your niches?

I would like to know what tools do you use to find your niches? I prefer adwords keyword tool, wordtracker, and keyworddiscovery. Are they good?

 

I like KD but not really adwords keyword tool.

I also use KeywordElite for bulk analysis.

 

wordtracker is the best one out of all these...i also use adwords but not as frequently as wordtracker

I use Digitalpoint's keyword suggestion tool. It's pretty good.

I think the best keyword tool would be something which everyone hopefully possesses - COMMON SENSE.

All the keyword tools out there have glitches and the wisest thing would be to apply common sense to your niche discovery campaigns.

Look for the niches with the highest demand and least supply and make sure that you know what the niche is about because most website concepts fail since the promoter has no idea about what he's promoting.

If your talking about just tools - wordtracker and keyword discovery are my best bets.
