i got a question, how do you know how many unqiue visitor your site has and how many page view in a day, week, and month.
No alexa ranking has nothing to do with the quality of your site or anything else it just depends on the traffic you get to your site every month.
Use google analytics or the statistic program your host uses. Mine is called awstas and it gives some nice numbers in an easy to read fashion
If thats really what you believe then you are seriously disillusioned... Alexa is like Paris Hilton.... in public everyone hates it but behind closed doors they all love it.
Alexa has faults, one of my sites with 3K visitors per month as slipped to 3,000,000 on alexa with yet another site (very niche) with maybe 10 people a day is in the top 800,000. Another according to Google analytics has 67% visitors from the States, Alexa shows 6%, here lies the fault, the reporting States side!
They don't lie. It's happening because alexa counting only people who use alexa toolbar ir their internet browsers. So statistic is really incorrect, but you can't say that they are liars.
alexa rank is good tool to see how your site is doing in term of traffic, it rank your site in term of traffic.
