[WTB] I Want To Buy Your Sites!

    I'm buying sites and parked domains that have natural/generic (typein) traffic, and sites with rankings for their target keywords in Google, Yahoo and MSN.

    No revenue required. So sell me your high traffic low or no income generating sites.

    Sites can be any age, any TLD, almost any niche (NO adult, warez, illegal, pharma). Proxy and gaming sites are fine. Blogs are also okay.

    Just make sure you have traffic logs with proof that the traffic is either coming in directly from type-ins/direct nav or search engines.

    Don't show me a site with traffic proof that has a great Alexa ranking because you sent millions of cheap traffic to it in the last month, I won't be interested.

    Please read this post twice before sending me a message just to be clear that you have what I'm looking for.

    Four rules you must follow before sending me a message:

    You MUST include the asking price for the site/domain.
    You MUST have a link to a screenshot of proof of direct nav traffic or keyword proof of search traffic rankings.
    Your site MUST have at least 250 uniques per DAY.
    Your site MUST get at least 80% USA/Canada/UK/Australia traffic.

    I'll pay quickly, and have accounts at almost every payment solution. All quotes should be in USD.

    I only have Analog stats which doesn't give me uniques or countries so you'll just have to estimate it yourself. I'm offering at a very good price.

    Lets discuss via AIM or PM, I have a Pet related site that I am considering to sell. 1000-1500 uniques a day, all search engine traffic, $230 in adsense revenue last month. Almost 2 years old site. Zero maintenance. My asking price is 16x monthly traffic.

    Last month was 22917 uniques with 198265 page views.
    So far this month is 6171 uniques with 50377 page views as of 08 Dec 2007 - 06:35.
    This is on track to be more then last months traffic.
