Xhtml/css Coder Who Is Looking To Grow Their Portfolio

    Hi,

    I am looking for someone who is looking to grow their portfolio for xhtml/css work. I do not have a budget for this job so please do not reply if you are not looking for a page to code for portfolio building.

    I've seen posts here before with people offering their services and would like to find someone for a new design I've created. I have the PSD of the layout.
