    5/10 in my opinion, some people get some decent CTR with proxy websites, they will gladly reply this thread.

    Much better, drop down the link unit one space, that is borderline violation of TOS, better to be safe than sorry if you ask me :)

    It looks really broken. What ad sizes are you using?
    put one leaderboard beneath the Address bar, and put the button below the Ads.

    You should get a decent 7-8% CTR>
