i saw that someone left me a rep and said "not you fucktard"
the thread was about Can Anyone Make Money Online.
so can people do that, is that allowed in DP?

People must be living so depressed life that they have to show there stress on something that is irrelevant to their life and say such things. I hope such start to live happier from now on.

Yes. It is not showing respect but if a person does not like what you have to say or they do not like your content, they can rep you anyway they want to. Basically, just shrug it off and forget about. Try to contribute good help and useful post and your rep will build.
