Hey,

Isn't it kind of wrong to give iTrader for these kind of Sales? Basicly, if you bail them out in 1 week.. Then the iTrader is pretty usesless or?

I am not saying that you will do that, or that it is something wrong with your service! I am sure you offer some exelent service, but i just want to tell you and other webhost buyers! That giving an iTrade 2 seconds after you have recived your account is not, well i feel that its not what iTrader should be used for..

I think they could leave a negative iTrader later on (I know you're not supposed to leave more than one feedback per transaction, but this might fall into the "exceptions" category if such a circumstance arose). Of course, I never will give anyone a reason to look back because I offer true 24/7 support; extremely competitive pricing; and great servers.

I am trying to establish myself on DigitalPoint and one way I know to do so is to get a high, 100% positive iTrader track record.

My clients have all been really happy with the service and I really can't see what's wrong with a quick iTrader to show our appreciate (and vice versa).
