Looking for a partner

Im looking for someone that would be interested in startnig a website together.

My past comes from forum type sites and includes:
Music,
Gaming,
Finance,
Football.

I have around 20 hours a week spare at the minute and will do for atleast the next 3-4 months maybe longer.

Im open to suggestions it doesnt have to be a forum but thats my past, i have experience doing some skinning etc. Im good with html, im ok with css and can do some basics in php. Im not the best of designers but again i can do a little.

I can give you a list of sites ive owned in the past and currently do own, if you would like them.

Im looking for:
Someone that is experienced in SEO
Someone with $50-100 to invest
Someone that will do work (Ive partnered with people that have no drive and i dont want to be carrying someone)
I also want someone that i can speak to honestly and brutally (I want to be able to say an idea is terrible without it causing offense)
PHP would be a bonus but not needed.

The first 3 are needed the rest would be nice but not needed

im also sure we can start from nothing to something without any spend, except hosting, domain ?
im also free to work few hours daily on it.

I' thinking about gaming niche here and probely health.

Im not too bothered about the money side of things but i do want someone that can get us ranked well in SE's i dont mind doing the work needed for that but it is a requirment.

Gaming isnt my thing im open toa lot but gaming is 1 thing im not, i dont think you are quite what im looking for in a partner but thanks for the interest.

 

I have drive, committment and money to invest in. I am more interested in finance and the various aspects.

Still looking, although i have a football/soccer site in mind now.
Its not just a football site i have a lot of ideas to include in this to mke it more unique.
