I am not an expert or have much knowledge about all advertising agencies but I did a test by placing Kontera and Burstmedia ads alongwith the Adsense, tested for 8-10 days. Well, it didnt work for me, its a web design related forum and a webhelp website. What I have found in this test was 1. Sites became very slow 2. Overall revenues dropped 3. Unique visitors dropped (becuase of slowness and may be too many ads) 4. There is some problem with the Ad codes becuase they put a LOT of load on the server CPU (not sure which one of them, the server went down 5-6 times, without much increase in traffic, as I mentioned hte traffic dropped) The clicks were shared between "Adsense" , "kontera" and "Burstmedia", both "kontera" and "Burstmedia" had very LOW eCPM, so the revenue dropped badly, for example if my websites were making $50 per day with adsense (only) with 500 clicks, it dropped to $28-$30 with 230-260 clicks, and the overall revenue including all (kontera, adsense and burstmedia) was not eve close of $35 per day... I am not saying these will not work for you, but as far as web design related forum and websites on which I have tested, I have posted my results, I am posting my results because I am sure I will read this thread after 1 year (yeah if I am alive ) and see what were my tests and results a year ago.. I would love to see your results and thoughts abou this..
