Do any of your sites have the old code? If not just find some website using the old adsense code, copy the code, change the pub id into yours, and now you have the old adsense code.

*EDIT* I would like add that the old code for all the adsense blocks is exactly the same except for the height and width, but those you can change by looking the ad block sizes google offer and hand edit the code's height and width yourself.

You can't. The only thing you can do is, copy old code from any other site, replace pud-id, and remove the 'channel part'. Add your domain to your Adsense account as a url channel, to track earning. :)

No one mentions that it's forbidden to manually change the code (and it is forbidden) ?

I bump what I want :) (people who do not want to be notified must disable this option) and I wonder if old Adsense code is still working now ?

    Thanks.
