    Click the Ads By Google on the AdSense unit/website you are trying to report... then at the bottom it'll say "Send Google your thoughts on the site or the ads you just saw"

    Click that and you can report to Google.

    it will take a couple of days for google to take it down. Plus, they will not see any money because adsense will hold the payment.

    It's interesting how they have a blog hosted on Google's platform, Blogger. One would think they had more secure guidelines for their own platform, but I've seen many TOS-breaking blogs hosted on Blogger. Let's hope Google will ban them sooner than we expect.
