Who did you find that out from? There is no such service because Google does not partner with companies to get someone reinserted for a fee. If you are banned from Google, the only option you have is to fix whatever you were banned for and then file a reinclusion request: http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/reinclusion-request-howto/
