LLL PR4 dir 4 sale, MADE OVER 200 LAST MONTH ! deep links mod w/many others

I really don't want to sell this, but I thought I would see what it would fetch for some Christmas shopping.

In the last month, we've had these purchases

13 featured links @ $9.99 = 129.87
16 regular links @ $4.99 = 79.84



These are the featured links, I didn't want to take a long screenshot for the regular links, you can just check the Latest Links page. I do have a reciprocal options, but I don't approve many of them, because the link back is on a worthless page.

The domain is Registered with www.whiz.in
and the Expiration Date: January 14, 2008

I've really tried to really make this directory unique by adding a few mods and plenty of back links.

All the top categories have custom meta descriptions
Most the lower categories (85%) have custom meta descriptions.

The articles page has a PR4

With a little work to accept paid articles (I seen a mod at phpld forums)
this could be a great extra source of income


I'm not going to guarantee that you'll make $200 every month, but I can say with great certainty that you'll make $70-$100 each month with little promotion.
If you added the article mod, this could be $20-$50 more depending on how well you promote it.

Google shows 273 back links
Yahoo shows 21,700+ back links

Here are some stats, I started doing some heavy promoting the end of June, with social bookmarks and directory submissions.
The only thing I have now, is the sig link at DP which I just added again, and a link in my sig on http://forum.vbulletinsetup.com ( over 6,000 post )
As well as a sig link at vb.com, vb.org, vbseo.com and vbhackers.com ( over 5,000 post)
I will include the current sig links until the end of the year if this Directory sells.
