Some people claim to be christians. Do you believe they really have themselves convinced there is a God or do they just like to brag about living forever?

If you saw a cripple get up and walk or the dead come back to life would you then believe?

It would not necessarily make me believe in the Christian version of G-d. If a G-d is responsible for making a cripple walk, he must also be responsible for making him a cripple? Would you agree?

hmm funny shit like that hasn't happened like that since jesus times. I guess they were so blessed that jesus was around when they were right. Or maybe we just need Benny Hinn to hit us on the head to cure all our sicknesses right.. pfft.

Yeah. It's so sad. I'm crying about it right now. That's o.k. You can get back to promoting violence against women. Perhaps there is some woman somewhere that got into a car with a male non-relative. Better get on it right away!!

It's a joke, people. It wasn't intended to be "original" or "serious" - it lampoons another "original" thread.

rebecca, there was a video about darwinism thought of evolution versus intelligent design and there was a nobel peace prize scientist that was totally backing up darwinism evolution but as more and more evidence came out for intelligent design came out he found it impossible to back his beliefs up and actually switched around to believing in intelligent design.
Would you guy slike to see the video?
I think Rebecca will believe in intelligent design after watching this:D

Very unoriginal post! To create a post simply to say you agree with what someone else said. Pot meet kettle.

    Thank you North and Devil:)

There is faith in my heart.

And my faith was strengthened after watching "The Privileged Planet"

Go and watch it on YouTube.

P.S. Please don't read the comments there. Some people just cannot comprehend it.

I think Tbarr started the other thread because the discussion came up over atheism v. agnosticism. This thread then mocked Tbarr's worthwhile contribution. I could be wrong, of course.

No, it's not that.:) I just had some things to do. PingPong, I would never come out and absolutely deny the existence of G-d. I am agnostic. I don't claim to know if G-d exists or not. One reason for my doubt is all the pain in the world. If there was a G-d how could he standby and allow someone to be tortured and killed? The Christian answer would be because we all have freedom of choice. But I just don't buy that. If a parent was watching there child being murdered, they would not standby to prove a point. That is one big reason why I doubt. Yet I cannot become an atheist because one time I died in the hospital. I had an experience that makes me believe there is more. I just don't feel that any known religion represents that "more". Someday we will know...
