I need a simple Wordpress plugin

    Hello all.
    I need a simple wordpress plugin.
    The posts on the blog have all have at least one image;
    the plugin needs to do this:

    to be able to list on the front page the last 10 posts ( i need an option to configure this whenever i want to 5, 3,7 any number i want ) and every link to have in front of it a single thumbnail taken from one of the pictures in that post ( if the post has 5 pictures it takes one random )



    Also I need on the home page of the blog, to have the posts listed normally like on every blog, but i will not show the images , except a thumbnail.
    Please let me know asap.
