Hello Please ignore my last post in this thread. Let me clarify myself. I am looking for a script by which I can start a site where one can look for real estate deals & post their ads of Real Estate, houses etc.
any other contenders? That's an OK script, but a lot of work to make something good looking and se friendly I feel
Hi STUW: (Or anyone else) -- i also sent pm to STUW along these lines: Did anyone ever find an open source real estate listing script/program? the concept and idea I think could maybe work for us -- it seems kind of similar to the idea I have for our families to list/swap/recycle their childrens stuff (toys, books, clothes, cribs -- stuff they've outgrown or want to give away to families in need, etc) and I just have not found anything for us. When I saw this post, I thought...hmm, that's really similar to what would work for us but instead of houses it's 'stuff' (and instead of selling it's free to swap/recycle to others, and they could definitely upload photos, describe the items, etc) but yet, they would still need to become registered users and approved by admin.... Does that make sense? Would love to hear thoughts / ideas / suggestions / insights of anything any of you have come across or are using that could possibly be 'modified' or tweaked to use for what we would like to use it for -- if anyone who has found a real estate listing app or 'ad/photo' listing program along these lines would be so kind as to share? What does swaping childrens stuff have to do with real estate, I am confused. Maybe you want a classifieds site. There people can list any a multitude of categories from stuff, to real estate, jobs, etc.
