Want your article/picture/website etc on the homepage of digg?

Need the extra hits? It is estimated that sites featured on the homepage of digg will receive tens of thousands of hits.

But getting there is the hard part since your article must be 'dug' enough times to

    A) Stay on the homepage

    B) Make it to the homepage

I am offering a service that will help your article/picture/website be featured on the dig homepage for just $20.

In the even that I am unable to get your website on the home page within a week you will be refunded the $20.

I generally find it bad form to sh*t on someones thread, but I have a real problem with this. This type of "offer" has been done to death, and all it does is cheapen the value of the promoted site as well as digg.

I have had 3 of my sites featured on digg, organically, and unless the site is extremely relevant all it's going to do is suck up bandwidth. As a general rule, Digg traffic is worth very little. They're only there to look at it, they don't click ads and they're not signing up for anything. Sure there are exceptions; one of my sites has done quite well after a digg. But generally speaking, digg traffic is worth very little. Especially if it's artificial.

I read your sales thread and you made a big deal about how your adsensebits was featured on dig, so you kinda contradicted yourself.

    Not really.

When you're selling a site that has had a sudden influx in traffic, you need to explain why. It was also featured on digg out of interest, not manipulation. People wanted to know where all the backlinks came from, how it was advertised etc. It was actually quite relevant to the sale to mention that it was featured on Digg. You will also note:

Greg-J, agree with you completely, unless it's something very interesting and unusual, or something organic, digg traffic is useless indeed.

But still this might be interesting, lots of people predict that the future of internet is in the social bookmarking sites, like digg..

I have some orders on file here.

Digg traffic isnt useless. If that were the case people wounl't be using it.

Also, quality dig listings can be featured on blogs and related websites, there by boosting pagerank and long term traffic for the site.
