When will chitika pay me?

I have done about 20$ at November, more than 30 days passed but stil no money got from CHITIKA, what should I do?

They're not sucky at all. If you actually READ, you'll see that they shoudl have all the payments out by January 15th because they had some technical problems of some sort.

Like it or not, they're still in "beta"-- I suggest to anyone not to really complain too much when you're using something that is unstable and building.

Hell, I'd like to complain about a few things, like how a 40 dollar day vanished down to a 3 dollar day! but I won't. Hopefully they'll figure thier crap out and we publishers can benefit from it.

I mean, we're only talking 20 bucks in your case... waiting one more week won't really make a difference, will it? Patience ! heh.

 

Well said yirmumah. I fully expect the $300+ I earned from November to turn into about $80 once the audit takes place based on my less than spectacular December results.

Thus is the nature of a beta program, but some people have short memories from when they signed up I guess.

 

I don't get what techinical problem should it be?

 

They are still in beta. So technical problems are to be expected.

Dude, none of us have a clue what it takes behind the scenes to manage something like this, with possibly millions of publishers. Here's one scenario for you... a server gets fried and they have to do a quick recovery and backup. That alone can cause quite a delay.

I've been totally frustrated with Chitika the past month, but when you lay it all out, and can use rational thinking that it IS in beta, and that it IS money... heck, it's great, it's free money for a little bit of space. Hopefully it only grows.

Patience man. Patience. That 20 dollar order of pizza will be there for you when your 20 bucks arrives.

Did you ask Chitika why not? Was your revenue enough to get paid?
According to Chitika, all Paypal payments have been sent so if you didn't get yours, you should contact them.

I too haven't recieved a check yet so I opened a suppor ticket a few days ago. The answer I got was "Your check from Chitika has gone out!", and the ticket was closed. I don't really know what to think of this. Was the check sent out on the 15th or the day I recieved the response. They could have clarified...

Btw, if it was sent out on the 13th (the day they announced nov and dec audits were done), how long does it take for the check to reach Europe ? Two weeks ?

Payment came through just now for November... via paypal...

However, December figures way down from previous months... hopefully I don't lose too much (this time) with the new daily audit...

 

I've received all payments through paypal without problem. Customer service was fast and responsive when I've had any questions.

The program is in BETA like everyone else that has replied in this thread has tried to tell you. You can't expect a new program to start up and have ZERO problems.

Read the chitika blog, etc, it has tons of general information on the questions you've posted here.

 

They paid me via paypal on Feb 1st for my December earnings.
