If you are looking for "inurl:music" or "allinurl:music" there's no difference because will show all ulrs which contain the word music.
If you are looking "inurl:house music" will show all urls which contain both house and music and all urls which contain either house or music.
If you are looking for "allinurl:house music" will show only urls which contain both house and music.

Tha same is with "intitle:" and "allintitle:"
