Also, never post PR predection. It has yet to be right.. For anyone.. Ever.. For the past 2 years. Not to mention change of google's algorithm.

Also, you stated that domain alone is worth $200 - May I ask where you got that information from? Do you have a link or a source or anything?

 

I have only had Adsense on for 3 days and its earned about $1 or so.

I don't have any longtime stats stats but today the the blog had 120 hits.

The domain is worth $200 according to www.smartpagerank.com but their PR script is broken (shows PR0 for all sites since a week ago) so its probably lowballed.

Want it sold tonight so $150 for a fast deal!

Awastats sat that the blog average around 100 visits a day. Most from Stumbleupon, Google, and Digg.

I will sell for $115 or highest bid when I wake up in 6 hours.

I only have stats for a couple of days since everything has been working so its kinda useless.
Around 70-100 page views a day, PR3, Good SEO and most visits from Stumble, Google and digg.

No point in posting stats since the blog has been so neglected that only a few post will make a huge difference.

Also, the PR5 prediction is no guarantee but since its got links from 7 PR4-PR5 sites of mine and other backlinks as well its a good guess. (Other sites I own and have the same links gained PR4-PR5 last update)
