Which Niche are performing well??

I have seen these following niche are performing well(Generating good revenue from adsense).

Finance
Online games
Community site
Job Related site

They are a ton of different niches out there that perform in and the ones that I know are:
Neopets and virtual pet sites

Both are very profitable.

 

I think antivirus is still doing well.

 

The Health niche does pretty well still. Only the other day I got a $1.50 click on my health blog

 

1.5$ form a single click???
And what are the avg rate per click of your health blog???

 

Insurance and real estate are the best niches for me..

 

How much traffic do you get? Aren't health sites hard to promote?

 

I get about 100 UV a day. There not hard to promote if you now what your doing
@wildstopne, yes $1.50 for 1 click, no big deal really, people get more than that per click on their sites. My average click rate is at about $.50

 

Yeah I was shocked when a buddy told me he was making money off of those neopet things. I believe my exact words were, "Your makin cash off of a friggin furby!?!!?"

Anyone tried the environmental niche? That seems like it may pay off with everyone trying to go green and all.

Would be a good time to get in before people start realizing we no longer have clean water to drink. The way we're going, we'll be melting glaciers on purpose to fill up a plastic bottle to drink from.

 

Porn i am sure still gets lots of attention, will never die out either i think

 

And gambling and betting as well. That's another evergreen niche.

 

You are too late for the niches that perform well at this point. It will be hard to rank with new sites, unless you put in countless work hours. Get a beer and think of some small and specific niche where you can have results not only on the paper and in your mind, but in reality

 

The best niches for me have been products that are on everybody's wishlist for xmas.

iphone
ipod
moto razr
ps3
nintendo wii

various videogames and dvds.

 

That goes hand in hand with using daily the Search Engine's top 5 lists to tweak websites with specific keywords to drive more traffic based on the 5 most popular searches.

those have been performing the best? They're all saturated to hell, it's probably impossible to be seen at all for those

 

Are you seriously just looking at 4 niches?

There are TONS of niches out there that ANYONE can profit from!
