How Often Do You Go Gym?

    Do you go Gym?

    If so, how often do you go gym? :) I FIND Myself sometimes getting fat and then I realize I have to take a break from my online stuff and focus on getting back in shape!

    I am usually there every day playing basketball for 5-8 hours except on weekends and I work out at home :)

    I have free gym membership at work so I try to go everyday, unless I am offsite then I skip it.

    Eat healthy, drink lots of water, have at least 8 hours asleep a night and try and do as much walking and fitness related activities as possible u dont have to go to the gym to lose weight!

    I go about 3-5 times a week. It's not good to go too much. Other days just have a couple of protein shakes and a little cardio.

    i got elliptical at home and do it for 20 minutes daily in morning. Working online does make your life sedantry, so one must take care of his/her body otherwise you will get weird problems later on :)

    I go 3 times a week and I run 3 times a week on the alternate days.
    So I only get a one day off training a week :)

    Once you get into the routine, it's difficult to stop. I'm always buzzing when I'm out on holiday etc.
