Very need person from Honk Kong

    Hello,
    I very need person from Honk Kong, who can help me
    I have bought mobile phone in ebay from user, who live
    in Honk Kong, but I thing this guy has scammed me. He don't
    send phone to me, and don't answering to my emails.
    I know this guy telephone number and adrese
    Maybe here is someone who can cal to him, or
    go to his office and ask?
